Description- Al Islami Pepper chicken sausage is prepared from frozen halal chicken breast, which is flaked and minced before being mixed with spices an other ingredients. Great for barbeques and large gatherings or a quick, simple mid-week meal. The product is smoked and cooked in steam till product to get core temperature of 75 ⁰C. The product is subsequently cooled, the casing is peeled off and further it is chilled to core temperature 0 to 5°c by air blast chilling and skin packed.
Ingredients: Halal chicken breast meat, water, potato starch, onion powder, sage, nutmeg powder, chili powder, mace powder, nitrite salt, yeast, dried glucose syrup, lactose, soya, emulsifier (E451(i), E450, E407), antioxidants (E300, E301, E316), flavour enhancer,(E621, E627, E631), preservatives (E262), hydrolysed vegetable protein, anticaking agent (E551).
